Members of the platform have expressed outrage due to a modification that led to listings displaying inaccurate size information.
The second-hand shopping app has revised its measurement guidelines for women's and children's clothes but did not contact every member regarding the update.

Countless users and merchants are posting online saying Vinted listings now show a modified sizing category than originally posted because of the remapping.
Vinted explained the updated approach better aligns with other platforms.
It has advised users to review their products and manually change the size if necessary, resulting in member annoyance.
Sizing System Changes
Previously, the sizing featured one number and one letter, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has an alphabetical indicator and numerical range like S/UK 8-10.
For certain items, the sizing has been recategorised - like an L measurement used to be a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.

Frankie Bridger, who creates plus-size fashion videos, said the change "makes both selling and buying harder".
"Few clothing companies classify XL as 20-22," which is what Vinted now does.
A different member, located in Scotland, said garments she listed on Vinted with size 14 labels were showing in the marketplace as size 20–22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they may become frustrated," she stated.
Manual Updates
A different user, based in Derby, said she had been left angered because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizing for "all her products".
"Personally, this is quite irritating, since I have chronic health issues and platform income has been essential after experiencing income reduction," she stated.

It has become a favored option to second-hand platforms like eBay and Depop.
This represents another occasion when a surprising modification to the app has proved unpopular: previously, the service retracted a modification regarding delivery choices due to shopper criticism.
